On Wednesdays the topic will be "Women in Charge"- this includes female entrepreneurs, women in charge of organizations, company departments, the SELF-employed female, wives/moms who run their homes and families with business-like efficiency, etc. The theme is how the feminine side adds insights and skills as well as how the woman is received and perceived in her individual field.
